This program started several years ago as a group of youth pastors and college ministry leaders in Minnesota began talking about how they can do a better job of helping transition the teens in their state. This led to a small group doing a lot of research and writing. What you see now is a product of several years of research, trial and adaptation to best practices. As a result of Think Transitions, we have seen the culture in these local churches change, to where they are now congregations that are effectively launching their students.
