Think Transitions connects you with a network of congregations that are committed to effectively launching their students into the next phase of their life and receiving ministries that dedicated to help those same students continue to be empowered to fulfill their God given calling. We see this as being similar to a relay race where handing the baton off is a key element of the race. This program is focused simply on the launching and the receiving of the students who are going through this life transition. In order for this to be effective, we have to have a sharing mentality that is focused on what is best for the student.
